Growing Up Fast

It is hard to believe, but Julian will be two years old on January 3rd.
We took him to the mall for a professional photo. Mom and
dad were the main attraction trying to get him to smile
while shoppers looked on.
Julian was the only one who didn't think Mom and Dad were funny.

Yup, We Are at that Stage

Potty training time. It came with a book and a video.
He's actually doing very well with it and we have a hard
time getting him off of the potty and back into his clothes.
Makes for fun conversation when guests come over.
Julian, how about we move this into the bathroom...

More Bed Time Fun

Lookin' up to my big sister!

Halloween 2010

Punkin' Man at the punkin' patch!

When is it Daddy's turn for a ride?

Guess what I dressed up as?

Rowrr! Little cub needs his milk...

Hey, I wanted to be a pirate!

Okay. Pay attention, Nika. This is your eye...

And this is your ear!

Clowning Around at Bed Time

Julian gets a second wind around bed time.
A crazy, wild, everything-is-funny kind of
second wind.

Friends at the Zoo

Julian loves animals.
There were several goats at the petting zoo.
He had to pet each oneat least twice!
Dad, can we keep him?

Dad contemplated it as the goat is probably no
worse to clean up after than Julian.

Too Cool for School

(Don't tell him their women's glasses)

Li'l Green Bean

Comfy critters.

So what if I'm wearing my pj's. Do I look tired?

It's all fun and games until Dad's in traction!

Day at the Beach

Sometimes a man just has to put down his sippy cup
and contemplate just what it all means.
If you figure it out Son, let me know.

Family in Town for a Visit

Uncle Bob from Hawaii helps me sort out my Cheerios...
Grandma and Grandpa Z from NJ...

Working toward that baseball scholarship...

Portland Museum, August 2010

One of Julian's first words was 'fish'.
Although, it sounds a little bit more like 'iisshhh'.

If I stare at it long enough maybe it will make sense...
Julian also experienced his first bike ride!
He was a master at hiding his excitment.

Bunny was ready for more fun, but Julian needed a nap.
